Event times: Fri. 05.08., 8pm - 6am / Sat. 06.08., 6pm - 8am
Festival bracelet: On the festival and camp site you can get a festival bracelet for 5,- EUR (Thursday & Friday only with festival ticket). This entitles you to repeated admission to the festival site.
Festival shirts: There are merchandise shops on the festival and camp site.
Timetable & information: Can be found in the PartyGuide and Woov-app.
Lockers incl. power: Festival site: behind the entrance.
CampingVillage:r on F12.
Lost & found: Festival site: at the info-point
CampingVillage: next to “ADAC” (F11).
ATM: On the festival and camp site.
Payment: Pay comfortably and securely with EC or credit card at all cash desks. Leave cash in your car or locker. At many cash desks "EC ONLY", here you can only pay by card.
Food & beverages: On the festival and camp site.
In case of emergency: Call 110. Or contact the security, the Red Cross or the police.

Behaviours during Strom/Thunder

Inform You receive current information as push message from the Woov-app and on the social media channels of NATURE ONE.
Seek shelter Festival site: Go inside the big tents (e.g. Century Circus, HomeBase, etc.) or a bunker. Temporary closing of the open-air floors is possible.
CampingVillage: Get into your cars, they provide the best protection. Let other visitors join. Don’t stay in the woods/under trees. Go into crouched position in free areas.

Lockers

Your tent is not a safe spot for valuables
Please lock your valuables in the car or lockers. Lockers incl. power available at the CampingVillage on F12 or on the festival site behind the entrance
Report thefts immediately to the police (station oppositely to the festival’s main entrance).
