Charly Lownoise

Charly is a Dutch DJ and music producer best known for his work in the Happy Hardcore genre. Together with his DJ partner Mental Theo, he forms the duo Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo, which enjoyed great success in the dance music scene in the 1990s. They are renowned for hits such as "Wonderful Days" and "Stars".
